However, due to the personalized nature of all of our products - all rings are hand made to order, to your exact size, width and optional customization requests - we are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

 

Please note that this policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. If there is an issue with the quality of our products, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution - this will be offered and discussed on a case to case basis.

 

Please message us immediately if the product shows obvious manufacturing defects or is damaged upon arrival, but please note that we are not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during the shipping process.
