Our warranties are a guarantee provided by SangrealRings that promise to repair or replace a jewellery product if it malfunctions within a certain period of time.

Our warranties vary in length and coverage, so it's important to read the below terms and conditions carefully.

Warranties We Offer

  • Manufacturer's Warranty

Our Manufacturer's Warranty comes with the product by default and covers malfunctions and defects in materials for a period of 6 months from the delivery date of your new jewellery piece. There are no additional steps you need to take to be covered by our manufacturer's warranty following your purchase. 

We don't expect any issues with your ring during the initial six months or beyond - our rigorous quality standards ensure each piece leaves our workshop flawless. This timeframe simply allows us to immediately identify and resolve any rare manufacturing faults that might surface, giving you complete peace of mind from day one.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and any concerns during this period will be addressed promptly - if there are any issues with your brand new jewelry piece, please contact us immediately to request assistance, we'll guide you through the next steps with care.

  • Post-Warranty Service

Your Sangreal Ring is built to heirloom quality, but we understand that life happens. Beyond your Manufacturer's Warranty coverage, we remain committed to preserving your treasured piece for years to come.

After your initial warranty period expires, we gladly offer a Post-Warranty Service - a professional refinishing or repair to restore your ring to its original beauty. Whether it's everyday wear or an unexpected scratch, we can breathe new life into your piece.

What Does Our Warranty Cover?

Our Manufacturer Warranty covers malfunctions and defects in materials. 

Please note that our warranties do not cover damage caused by improper care, theft or loss, an incorrectly ordered size or a subsequent size change throughout product use, misuse or normal wear and tear, which would be subject to a separate repair or remake service request.

Our Manufacturer's Warranty covers a one time replacement service in total, subject to an active warranty duration period and policy requirements being met.

How to Make a Manufacturer's Warranty Claim

If your product malfunctions and you believe it is covered under a warranty, please contact us to request assistance. In our response, we will ask for your order number and detailed photos showcasing the issue areas of the affected jewellery piece.

Once your warranty coverage is confirmed, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed, which may include sending the piece in for repair or replacement, depending on the nature of the damage and the specific design purchased.

How to Request a Post-Warranty Service Repair

We take great care in crafting each ring and want you to feel confident in your piece for years to come. While our rings are made to last, we understand that life happens - so if your ring ever needs a little attention, we’re here to help.

To amend immediate undetected issues or defects in craftsmanship, we offer a limited manufacturer's warranty covering any faults in craftsmanship or materials within 6 months of delivery (please reference: “What Does Our Warranty Cover?”).

If a repair is needed outside the warranty period, we’re happy to assess your piece and offer repair options where possible, with any associated nominal costs clearly outlined beforehand.
