Our Sand Ring designs are the bespoke option which allows for a small amount of your personal keepsake sand, rock, sea glass or seashells to be used within the ring.

Sending a small sample to us to add to your custom design is simple and easily doable, even if its your first time shipping internationally.

With a little care, your sample will arrive safely and just as you sent it.

⮞ Prepare the Sample : about one full soup spoon (or two soda caps) of sand per sample is just the right amount.

⮞ Seal it Securely : place the dry sample in a strong, sealable plastic bag (like a Ziploc) and double-bag it just to be safe.

⮞ Cushion it Well : put the bag in a small sturdy envelope with some soft padding (a tissue or bubble wrap are best).

⮞ Label it Clearly : write your full name or order number on the bag or on a paper note and place it inside the bag.

⮞ Seal & Ship : tape the package securely and mail it via a trusted carrier.

Once your order is placed, we will email you to forward some additional tips relevant to your specific location, such as our carrier recommendation (and our key customs declaration tips needed if you're shipping the sample to us from outside of the UK).
