We accept orders from within the UK (where we're based), Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and offer complimentary shipping to those locations.

For orders placed outside of the UK - please note that the customer is liable to pay any import duty, handling fees and taxes which may be imposed on your parcel by your country's customs authorities upon delivery. We have no control over these charges, but want to make sure you're aware so there are no surprises when your order arrives.

Yes - we accept custom orders and offer to create designs made with your special materials for the most one-of-a-kind experience possible. 

Please feel free to ask us about using materials like sand, rocks, tree bark, fabric, pet fur or cremation ashes and we'll be happy to offer our tailored guidance and discuss unique options with you.

When requesting a custom design, please note that:

• Personalized pieces can lead to unique and sometimes unexpected results - so it’s important to feel confident in your choices.
• We’ll always go over your custom request in detail before your ring is made.
• As each custom or customized ring is made to order following your personalization requests, all agreed-upon orders are final and cannot be returned, refunded, or replaced.

For qualifying custom materials, please make sure to send only the amount requested by us.

Any leftover materials or packaging (if at all present) will not be returned with your completed order - with the exception of cremation ashes, which will be securely shipped back with your completed order.

DISPATCH (when we ship your order)

• CUSTOM ORDERS are currently dispatched within 28 days from the date of arrival of your samples.
• NON-CUSTOM ORDERS are currently dispatched within 28 days from the date of purchase.

DELIVERY (when your parcel arrives)

• UK ORDERS arrive within 2-4 business days from your confirmed dispatch date.**
• INTERNATIONAL ( NON-UK ) ORDERS take approximately 7-21 days from your confirmed dispatch date to delivery, depending on your location.**

* Please keep in mind that dispatch dates are confirmed only once your order is placed.

** All timeframes provided are estimates and do not account for any unexpected postal delays during transit.

We ask to please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order, as we can only ship to the exact address provided at checkout.

We’re unable to reroute or recover parcels sent to incorrect or outdated addresses.

A tracking number will be added to your order once its been dispatched - please be sure to check your delivery updates frequently.

Should a delivery be missed due to absence or an incorrect address, the parcel may be returned to us, and in that case, a re-shipping fee would apply.

Before placing your order, we kindly recommend having your ring size checked professionally, as our rings cannot be resized.

Most jewelry stores offer sizing as a free service, and it’s much more accurate than at-home methods. Trying on a ring of similar width (4mm, 6mm, or 8mm) to your chosen design is also a great way to find the perfect fit for your finger and knuckle shape.

A quick double-check now can make all the difference later.

Taking this extra step is strongly encouraged - since our rings are made to order and not resizable, we’re unfortunately unable to offer replacements for incorrectly provided sizes.

SanGreal Rings are designed to be as tough as they get, crafted with the absolute intention of lasting a lifetime - and as with all jewellery and precious adornments which are worn frequently, it is key to understand that the lasting of any valued piece always depends on the wearer's care for it.

To protect your ring, it’s best to always remove it and store it safely before exposure to chemicals, acetone or abrasives.

• CHEMICALS and ACETONE

Always prevent direct contact with chemicals - including strong hand sanitizers, cleaning agents, adhesives, bleach and prolonged exposure to chlorine or salt water. 

Acetone is especially damaging to the inlay, it is found most commonly in nail polish and gel removers, but also in automotive lacquers and degreasers.

•  ABRASIVES

Avoid friction with other metals or rough surfaces to prevent scratches and to help preserve your ring’s shine and finish.

Yes - we'll be happy to add a special written sentiment to the inside of your chosen Titanium design, or engrave a plain Titanium band on the outside with your chosen pattern or even handwriting.
