The Raptor Superconductor Ring

Introducing the Raptor Ring, a handcrafted Superconductor masterpiece with reptile-like patterns achieved through specialized acid etching. This 6mm wide inlay features a rare blend of materials: a raptor tooth, blue synthetic opal, Nantan meteorite fragments, and UV-reactive glowing red garnets. This ring beautifully merges ancient history, celestial mysteries, and cutting-edge craftsmanship, making it a truly unique piece. Each element represents a fascinating journey, from Earth’s prehistoric creatures to interstellar meteorites, creating a stunning ring that blends science, nature, and artistry.

Materials Used:

Within the ring's 6mm wide inlay, a quartet of extraordinary elements converges to create a harmonious visual and conceptual tapestry. It features an intriguing combination of a raptor tooth, blue synthetic opal, fragments of Nantan meteorite and  UV-reactive glowing red garnets.

Firstly, the raptor tooth - a striking artefact from the ancient world, takes its place in this composition. 

Blue synthetic opal shards cast a mesmerizing spell with its captivating iridescence. It evokes a sense of mystery, as if it holds secrets from the depths of time. 

Nestled thoughtfully, fragments of Nantan meteorite find their home within the inlay, carrying tales of interstellar journeys in their metallic lustre. These meteorite pieces not only connect us to the cosmos but also remind us of the vastness of space and the ancient celestial events that shaped our universe!

Completing this remarkable quartet, glowing red garnets are meticulously placed adding a touch of fiery passion and elegance to the composition.

Due to the handcrafted nature of all of my designs, please know that no two rings will look exactly the same due to the one of a kind nature of the materials used.

Superconductor Care:

The Superconductor material naturally contains traces of copper, which may interact with the natural oils and pH levels of an individual's skin. In rare cases, this interaction may cause temporary discoloration, turning the wearer's finger green - this effect is harmless and can easily be mitigated by applying a protective layer of clear nail polish to the inner surface of the ring and avoiding prolonged moisture under and around the band.
